When should I place an order?
Make a payment at least 5 days in advance. Last minute orders may not always be possible. Place your order more than a week ahead if you need a character cake, custom cake toppers, decorations that may need to be purchased online, or you plan to request a cake for more than 50 servings.
What are the prices for your cakes?
Cake prices vary based on the flavor, servings, and decoration. Send an email to get a quote. Quotes for custom desserts are valid for 30 days.

Where are you located?
This is a home bakery located in Irving, Texas.
What if I want to cancel my order?
If you cancel 48 hours or more prior to the pick up date, you are eligible for a 50% or more refund. This excludes large or complex dessert orders (I will let you know the last day to cancel in order to receive any refunds).
Can I return items I picked up?
No items can be returned once they are picked up.
What is the smallest serving size offered for a cake?
The smallest cake feeds 10 people.
What is the minimum order for cupcakes?
The minimum order is 12 standard size cupcakes or 24 mini cupcakes.
How should the cupcakes be stored?
Cupcakes must be stored at room temperature inside the box provided or another sealed container.
How should the cake be stored?
For a cake that'll be served on the day of pick up, it's usually stored at room temperature. For early pick up times, it may need to be refrigerated for a couple of hours if it'll be served in the evening. Keep the cake in the box provided and store it in the fridge if it'll be consumed the next day. Allow it to come to room temperature before serving.

Store leftover cake in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge. Allow it to come to room temperature if it's refrigerated. Just ensure that the cake is well covered in order to keep it from drying.
Do you have eggless cake flavors?
I currently offer vanilla or chocolate eggless cakes. This can be paired with American or cream cheese buttercream. Swiss meringue buttercream contains eggs.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Delivery fees are based on the miles from my location to your destination. Deliveries cannot exceed 35 miles from my location.
Cake Precision is closed on Sundays, but I may offer limited deliveries for orders over $300.
Please make sure that you or someone else in charge of your event is present when your order arrives at the location.
What if I don't pick up my order?
Please contact us at least a day ahead if you can't make it on the scheduled day. We will store missed pick up orders for a maximum of 2 days before the product is discarded & forfeited. No refunds will be offered.
